Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after they are placed.
Most orders begin processing within 1 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times may vary depending on the item, supplier, maker, fulfillment partner, order volume, product availability, and shipping destination.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Collective and Partner-Sourced Items
The Pawprint Society offers curated pet products from our collective, partner brands, independent makers, vendors, suppliers, and fulfillment partners.
Because of this, items in the same order may:

If your order arrives in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to customers within the United States.
At this time, we may not offer shipping to all international locations. If international shipping is available at checkout, delivery times, shipping rates, duties, taxes, and restrictions may vary by destination.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items in your order, shipping method, package weight, destination, and carrier availability.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. Free shipping offers may be limited by order amount, product type, destination, or promotional period.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, shipping method, carrier, and delivery location.
Most U.S. orders are delivered within 5 to 15 business days after processing, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Some items from our collective, partner vendors, handmade makers, or fulfillment partners may take longer to arrive.

The Pawprint Society is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after it has been issued.
If your order includes multiple shipments, each package may have its own tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
The Pawprint Society is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thepawprintsociety.com.
We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or sent to a fulfillment partner.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
The Pawprint Society is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

Verify that the shipping address on your order was correct

Damaged Packages or Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thepawprintsociety.com.

We will review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Items damaged after delivery by a pet, including chewing, scratching, tearing, staining, misuse, or normal wear and tear, are not considered shipping damage.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.
If your order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or sent to a fulfillment partner, it may not be eligible for cancellation or changes.
If the order has shipped, it will need to follow our Return and Refund Policy.
Split Shipments
Because some items ship from different vendors, makers, suppliers, or fulfillment locations, your order may arrive in separate shipments.
If you only receive part of your order, please check your email for additional tracking information before contacting us.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, destination, supplier rules, or carrier limitations.
If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we may cancel that item from your order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
